What do you most enjoy about your role?
I enjoy how every day is a different story and seeing how all the little things I do impact the University to be greater.
How does your role benefit and support students?
I always do my best to get the most thorough and beneficial answers for students, I leave them with clarity and satisfaction. My job is to always make sure students have what they need, looking after the campus so they are in a comfortable environment to providing them with the resources to engage with their time during university.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Watching a student who lost all hope from losing her work to redoing it and succeeding in the end, graduating with a Distinction.

Classes are very friendly and student focused so they will get the upmost attention to help them succeed as well as a brilliant small team to support them.
What is the best piece of advice you have for your students?
Always strive to improve, you will never know everything all the time and that’s okay!
