I would really recommend going on the residential as you’ll learn about the variety of courses they have to offer and the different facilities available to enhance your learning. The social aspect of the residential is also amazing. Getting to meet new people, who are doing different things and chatting about their plans gives you something to think about. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, making sure they’re there for you while you are away from home. Overall, 10/10 experience and couldn’t recommend more.
I would recommend the science residential to anyone interested in carrying out further studies in this field. I truly enjoyed the residential, from being in the labs and doing hands-on practical’s, to experiencing uni life beyond the lectures. I also appreciated being able to chat to current students and ask them questions as they were super friendly and happy to answer anything
I really enjoyed my Teesside University residential experience. It gave me a valuable insight into life at university as a whole and the courses available. I also really enjoyed the social aspects of this and meeting new people. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is trying to decide what university to go to and also what to study.
My residential experience was instrumental in my choice to study Concept Art at Teesside. It gave me the opportunity to experience the University first hand and build lasting relationships that have continued to this day.
It was a nice chance to stay here for a bit and get to see the Uni for itself, and not just spend a few hours here. The University is modern and its a nice casual town, so everybody knows everybody and it's really welcoming
The residential fostered an environment where curiosity and innovation thrived. We were empowered to explore the world of engineering in hands-on, practical ways. For any girl considering a career in engineering, this residential is an amazing opportunity to ignite your passion, learn new skills, and build connections. It was an unforgettable experience!
