The University’s pride event takes place on Thursday 30 May, 11.00am - 10.00pm at Teesside University Students’ Union.

There are interactive information stalls running 11.00am - 3.00pm, with stalls from LGBTQ+ organisations, support services, charities, focus groups, teaching departments, clubs and societies.

There is also an interactive installation, produced by Aidan Moesby, The Periodic Table of Emotions, which acts as a barometer for the emotional state of it’s location though sentimental analysis of social media. Children are welcome during the day.

Through the day and into the night, there are performances from a variety of singers, artists, poets and authors, as well as wellbeing sessions. The headline act is the sensational punk band Gaydar and we have an array of acoustic, indie rock and alt-pop incredible performers beforehand.

9.15pm - 10.00pm: Gaydar
