Equality Objectives & Action Plan 2024-2027

The following aims and objectives have been developed in consultation with staff and students to support the attraction, retention and development of a talented diverse workforce and student community.

The objectives identified support the University's mission and values and are also compliant with the requirements of the public sector equality duty.

Objective A: A university that is accessible, safe, and inclusive
