Teesside University's vision is to instil an Information Governance culture in all staff through the provision of training and advice that helps staff understand and apply IG standards and principles throughout the University consistently to all aspects of information. Oversight and Accountability

Teesside University has a fundamental responsibility to provide oversight and accountability in the area of Information Governance, meeting its legal and regulatory obligations in the areas of Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
