AI and machine learning hackathon

Students get an overview of the fundamentals and key concepts in AI and machine learning. Working alongside academic staff they select a dataset, and in groups discuss methodologies and expected outputs. They analyse and preprocess their dataset, perform exploratory data analysis and implement and fine tune their machine learning models.

There are awards for the best project, most creative solution and best presentation.
