Employee Engagement

The Employee Engagement team, led by the Employee Engagement Manager. works on the engagement with staff on a wide range of University and HR initiatives, designs, develops, promotes and reviews HR Policies and Procedures and develops the University benefits and rewards packages.

The team also comprises the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Adviser who provides advice and guidance on all EDI matters across the University.
