- growth action plan: throughout the programme, you will develop a tailored growth action plan, applying key concepts to your own business. This plan serves as a strategic roadmap for scaling your business and implementing the insights gained during the course
- mentor feedback: you receive personalised guidance and feedback from an experienced business mentor, helping you refine your strategies and address specific business challenges
- peer learning and participation: active engagement in peer group discussions and case studies is encouraged, allowing you to share experiences and gain diverse perspectives from fellow SME leaders
- practical application: each module is designed to help you immediately apply learning to your business, ensuring measurable progress throughout the 12 weeks.

This course is ideal for senior decision-makers in UK-based SMEs who want to develop their leadership skills and scale their business. To be eligible, businesses must:
- employ between 5 and 249 people
- have been operational for at least one year
- not be registered as a charity
- be a senior decision-maker with at least one direct report
- commit to completing all course sessions.
