This course provides business leaders and their staff with a critical comprehensive toolkit for dealing with the media.
Utilising cutting-edge facilities, our industry-experienced journalist and media academics place you in a series of live scenarios, challenging your ability to respond quickly and effectively while responding to the media.
You reflect on your responses through a number of scenarios and receive feedback and performance coaching and mentoring, ensuring the next time your business is challenged with responding to the media, you can do so confidently and effectively.

How you learn
Teaching is delivered by industry-experienced academics and supported by technical staff.
You undertake a minimum of eight hours pre-course preparation, have eight hours class time followed by a minimum of four hours post-course work.
How you are assessed
You undertake a series of simulations and are assessed on your performance within the tasks. At the culmination of the course, you reflect upon your own individual performances across the simulated exercises.
