The global list of top universities and colleges which offer animation courses includes institutions in England, France, Canada, Denmark, South Korea, India, New Zealand and Australia. Animation Career Review considered 185 global institutions in preparing this year's annual international rankings.
Teesside University has a global reputation in the creative and digital industries and graduates have gone on to work for major industry players such as Pixar and contribute to a vast array of blockbuster animated films including Inside Out, the Toy Story films, The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, Spider Man and Moana.
Professor Chrisina Jayne, Dean of Teesside University’s School of Computing, Engineering & Digital Technologies, said: 'We are delighted that our animation courses have continued to achieve these rankings.
