The University is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture - a place where we can all be ourselves and succeed on merit. We offer a range of family friendly, inclusive employment policies, flexible working arrangements, staff focus groups, campus facilities and services to support staff from different backgrounds. The more inclusive we are, the better we will be.

I've recently started working at Teesside and I've found the campus to be very welcoming and accommodating. I work in the catering department and it's amazing how much thought is given to the many different cultures here, and reassuring students we can cater for their needs and make their University experience a happy and positive one .

Deborah Lowe , Catering and Hospitality (The Garden), Campus Services

Team Teesside has given me the opportunity for me to work somewhere for over 20 years, with talented friends who want the best for the each other, the University, the town and the region. There’s nowhere else I’d rather work and no other colleagues would could compare. Long may it continue.

Sarah Smith, Marketing Co-ordinator, Student Recruitment & Marketing

Team Teesside to me encompasses collaborative thinking and working. We've achieved so much already and it's exciting to see where we will go next.

Charlotte Murray, Project Coordinator (North East Uni Connect Programme), Student Recruitment & Marketing

Team Teesside means working together to achieve the best results no matter your role, and supporting each other through the highs and lows.
