Multi-talented cellist to perform in Middlesbrough

Renowned international cellist Caroline Dale is to perform at Middlesbrough Theatre on Sunday 24 March at 7.45pm. The University of Teesside has sponsored this recital by Teesside Music Society. Caroline received an Honorary Master of Arts degree from the University in 1998. She will be accompanied by pianist Keith Swallow, and the programme is:

Bach: Sonata number 1 in G

Bridge: Sonata

Shostakovitch: Sonata op 40 in D minor

Chopin: Introduction and Polonaise Brillante op 3 in C.
