The day has been organised by the Hemlington Community Partnership and the University of Teesside’s Centre for Lifelong Learning, with support from Middlesbrough Council’s Neighbourhood Renewal Fund. The sessions are for adults only, with limited crèche facilities (also free of charge) for younger children. A free lunch is also available for those who take part in the sessions. Sessions start at 10am and 1pm, and people can choose which ones to attend (subject to availability), staying for the full day if they wish to.
