The Innovation and Virtual Reality Centre is between the main ten-storey University of Teesside building and the Evening Gazette offices - the entrance is at the opposite end to Borough Road. (Ask at the main reception or go straight to Innovation and VR Centre.)

Shirley Morrissey (on behalf of Diane Erceg) - Diane was a friend of Steve’s in Australia, where he worked before coming to Teesside. Shirley is a lecturer in the School of Social Sciences

Mark Almond - Student, BSc (Hons) Psychology
Jane Wilson - Steve’s sister
Reporters will be able to attend the whole event.
Press photographers can take pictures before the event and at the start of proceedings from the back of lecture theatre (wide-angle shot). Photographers should liase with Nic Mitchell and will be asked to leave after Professor Fraser finishes his tribute (at 1.10pm).
Part of the proceedings may be filmed, but crews must remain static throughout in area to left side of theatre and some speakers may request TV cameras to be switched-off.
