If you have two left feet, a lack of coordination but love to dance, own some leg warmers and love drag ... then sign up for this right now. We’re hosting a sponsored 80s and 90s-style aerobics session to raise money for the Terry Higgins Trust to support the incredible work they do within our communities and across the UK supporting those living with AIDS.

Aerobics revolutionised dance style exercise, paving the way for well-known brands such as Zumba and Body Jam. It’s also a fantastic way to remind yourself of those fabulous dance songs and get your body a little Christmas fit. No experience necessary – just get into your groove.

We’re running two sessions:

12.00pm - 12.45pm with Jo Durston 1.00pm - 1.45pm with Natasha Livingstone

Book for one or both sessions; or why not half and half. You're welcome to take part in one or both sessions.

Quizzyrascals
… and relax in the Students' Union between 3:30pm - 4:30pm, for a quiz hosted by the fantastic Anthony Young from the Terrence Higgins Trust. It did bring out quite the competitive side last year, and it’s an opportunity to learn a bit about HIV and AIDS in the process.

If you can’t make the bake or shake, or quiz sessions but would like to donate, thank you so much. Donate now
