Understanding crime through the eyes of criminology and psychology

For post-16 students in Year 12 and 13

What is the difference between criminology and forensic psychology?

You have the opportunity to develop your understanding of these overlapping but distinct fields of thought.

Through the use of the same case study, we consider factors that have impacted on an individual’s offending, and those that could continue to impact on future offending from the theories of criminology and forensic psychology. We highlight how the same behaviours are viewed and explained by these different perspectives.
