Athena Swan is not something that applies to discrete groups. It is important to realise that Athena Swan is relevant to everyone.
If we are to achieve our ambitions and really drive cultural change it is important that the whole university community is engaged.
There are many different ways you can get involved from becoming part of a school or project team to suggesting actions that would address specific challenges.
